Group Coaching Experiences provide customized, goal-oriented, strength-based support for teams desiring regular points of connection & encouragement in building skills + systems within their teams & organizations.
▶️ Participation in a Training / Workshop session is strongly encouraged, but not
required, before engaging in coaching work.
▶️ Sessions utilize the Co-Active Coaching model & are structured to increase
awareness + highlight strengths + support continued growth.
▶️ Coaching packages begin with 6 sessions, including an intake & final debrief
session with the group.
Private Coaching provides individualized, goal-oriented, strength-based support for leaders desiring regular points of connection & encouragement in their leadership practices.
▶️ Participation in a Workshop or Class is strongly encouraged, but not required,
before engaging in coaching work.
▶️ Sessions utilize the Co-Active Coaching model & are structured to increase
awareness, highlight strengths & support continued growth.
