Leading at Home: The Challenges
What comes up, over and over and over, in all the classes, conversations & coaching calls I facilitate for parents & caregivers are the behaviors -
the whining, the fighting, the lack of listening;
the struggles with rules and chores and siblings.
And - you can trust me on this - no family is immune or exempt, no matter the stories social media tell.
Not even mine.
I promise.
I'm the first to be bummed there’s not a magic wand or an easy button.
There are not 5 simple steps to follow in order to fix it in the next 3 days.
So if you’re looking for that, I don’t have it - and I’m very skeptical of anyone who claims to. But what I do have -

COACHING
Private Coaching Experiences provide individualized, goal-oriented, strength-based support for parents and co-parenting adults, in a virtual setting.
▶️ Participation in a Workshop or Class is strongly encouraged, but not required,
before engaging in coaching work.
▶️ Coaching packages begin with 6 sessions, including an intake & final debrief
session.
▶️ Sessions utilize the Co-Active Coaching model & are structured to increase
awareness, highlight strengths, and support continued growth.
